What's a 'nelipot'?

That's a question we get asked a lot. A 'Nelipot' is someone who goes around without shoes; but it also has to do with feeling the earth with your bare feet.  Most of our customers believe that dressing shouldn't be more complicated than a t-shirt.  That's why we're here. 

How do I buy a 'unisex shirt'?

Check our Size Chart and compare your measurements. Generally speaking, women looking for a tighter fit should buy one size smaller than their regular t-shirt size. If you still have a question, give us a call at 1-770-823-3084 and talk to Customer Service, or email us at [email protected]

Darn. The shirt I wanted is sold out.

Sorry about that. We make every effort to keep all current items in stock. In rare cases, an item may be backordered. If there is a delay of more than two weeks before the item becomes available, we will contact you via email to give you the option of dropping the item or making a substitution.

If you order multiple items, and your order includes a backordered item, your order will be shipped in separate packages. Any backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, at no additional charge.

Do you reprint your old shirts?

Yes, we do. Maybe with a few tweaks. Give us your feedback on the shirt you'd like to see reprinted.  We appreciate your input.

How do I pay for my order?

If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still log onto PayPal and use a credit card. Purchases are made in USD. Please note that if you pay by debit card, the amount of your order will be put on "hold" once you place your order. When the transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account.

Do you accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

Yes. Nelipot also does business the old fashioned way. We accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders in USD. Sorry, no cash or personal checks. Please email us at [email protected] to request a Snail-Mail Order Form. Download and print out the form, fill it out, and mail it back to us with your payment. We will process your order as soon as we receive it.  Returned items purchased with check or money order will be reimbursed with a company check.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Your credit card information is secured and encrypted with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via Paypal. Your personal information is not recorded to our servers.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, Nelipot ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Nelipot ships merchandise to international locations, including Canada and Mexico.

Please let us know if your country isn't listed in the drop-down menu and we may be able to offer an alternative shipping method.

How is my order shipped?

We ship via the United States Post Office, Priority Flat Box Rate, with a delivery confirmation, for both domestic and international orders. When the package is shipped, we will email a shipping and delivery confirmation to the email address you provided. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our handling time is approximately 3 days following the transaction, and customers in the U.S. can expect to receive a package in 7-10 business days. We ship Monday through Friday only. International orders may take a couple of days longer than domestic orders to verify ordering and purchasing information.

What do I do if my package doesn't arrive in 10 days?

If you have not been notified of any delay by email, and your order still has not been delivered after 14 days, please contact us at [email protected] or phone toll-free 1-770-823-3084 Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time so that we can rectify any possible error on our part.  

Please note that once we have delivery confirmation, Nelipot is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in shipping. Claims for lost or damaged packages are to be made to the USPS.    

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges depend on the shipping destination and the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the transaction.  Currently, we charge $5.00 for shipping 1-2 shirts anywhere in the U.S.  Shipping for international orders is calculated based on package size and surcharges and customs duties may apply.

Is my package insured?

Yes; every package shipped from Nelipot is insured.  We have a long and healthy track record with the United States Postal Service, however, insurance is included in the shipping cost.  Please note that once the fulfilled order leaves our shipping department, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site passes to you.  If your package doesn't arrive in 14 days, contact [email protected] for instructions on how to file a claim with the USPS.  Claims for lost or damaged shipments should be directed to USPS at www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm.      

Do you charge sales tax?

These days, your purchase is not necessarily tax exempt because it is made over the Internet. At this time, not every state collects sales or use taxes, but online retailers are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states which impose them. The applicable sales tax is added to your purchase.

What additional charges could be included in my order?

For domestic orders, your final order amount will state all purchases, total shipping amount, and will include taxes, where applicable.

For international orders, additional charges may be included; for example, customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Can I return an item?

Yes!  We will gladly refund the purchase price if you're not completely satisfied. You need 4 things to make a successful return:

1.  Return Shipping Label (included with your original shipment)

2.  Returns Form (email us at [email protected] to receive a Returns Form)

3.  The original packaging

4.  The returned item unworn, unwashed, tags not removed.

Please read the Returns Form carefully. We do inspect all returns and reserve the right to reject any returned item. When we receive your return, we will contact you by email.   You can expect the purchase price to be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we have received the returned item.  Returned items paid for by check or money order will be refunded with a company check approximately 15 days from when we receive the returned item. Sorry, we do not refund the original shipping cost. We do accept returns on International Orders.
