Thank you for visiting Nelipot on Big Cartel. This Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Nelipot products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Nelipot, LLC from its offices in Roswell, Georgia USA. When you log onto our Site, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below, so please read carefully. Any changes or deletions in the Terms & Conditions will be noted in this section.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. The account data you enter into our Site is considered ‘private and confidential information’, and is used solely for the payment, fulfillment and shipping of your order. If you sign up to receive emails from Nelipot, we will send you our regular Nelipot promotional emails, but we will never share this information with outside firms or individuals and you may remove yourself from our emailing list at any time. Please remember that if you tag us or tweet about us, it is possible that such actions can be tracked by third party individuals.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display and describe Nelipot T-shirts as fully and accurately as possible so that you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase. The colors you see on your computer monitor may differ slightly from the actual item. We inspect our t-shirts rigorously before sending them out to customers. But if there should be a problem with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item or items, as stated in our Returns Policy section below. Some conditions will apply.

BACK ORDERS

We ship in-stocks within 4-7 business days. We make every effort to keep all current items in stock. In rare cases, an item may be backordered. If there is a delay of more than two weeks before the item becomes available, we will contact you via email to give you the option of dropping the item or making a substitution.

If you order multiple items, and your order includes a backordered item, your order will be shipped in separate packages. Any backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, at no additional charge.

PAYMENT METHOD

Your credit card information is secured and encrypted with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you are still able to log onto PayPal and use a credit card. Your personal information is not recorded to our servers. Purchases are made in USD. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Please email us at [email protected] to request a Snail Mail Order Form.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Flat Box Rate for all shipments, both domestic and international. Insurance is included in our shipping cost. We ship Monday through Friday only. Our handling time is approximately 3 days following the transaction, and customers in the U.S. can expect to receive a package in 7-10 business days.

Please note: once the fulfilled order leaves our shipping department, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site passes to you. Your package is delivered to the shipping carrier, USPS, who will give us delivery confirmation.

If your package does not arrive in 14 business days, and you have not been notified of a delay, please contact us at [email protected] or phone 1-770-8233084 Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time so that we can rectify any possible error on our part.

Please note: Once delivery is confirmed, Nelipot is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in shipping. Claims for lost or damaged shipments should be directed to USPS at www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For customers within the U.S., your final order amount will state all purchases and surcharges, which will include shipping and taxes, where applicable. For international orders, see International Orders section below.

SALES TAX

Georgia residents must pay sales tax. Nelipot charges sales tax for all merchandise ordered on this Site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, Nelipot ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Nelipot ships merchandise to international locations, including Canada and Mexico.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All purchases are made in USD. International orders may take a couple of days longer than domestic orders to verify ordering and purchasing information. For international orders, additional charges may apply. Please let us know if your country isn’t listed in the drop-down menu and we may be able to offer an alternative shipping method. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of our items. Nelipot is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. We do accept returns on International Orders. Sorry, we do not refund the original shipping costs or duties.

RETURNS POLICY

Wrong color? Doesn’t fit? We want you to be delighted with every Nelipot purchase, so we’ll gladly refund the purchase price if you’re not satisfied. To make returns as hassle-free as possible, we have included a Return Shipping Label with your original purchase. If you want to return an item, the first step is to email us at [email protected] and we will send you a link to our Returns Form which you can download and print. Please read the Returns Form carefully as some conditions apply for your return to be successful. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to reject any returned item. When we receive your return, we will contact you by email. You can expect the purchase price to be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we have received the returned item. If you paid for your order with check or money order, a company check will be issued to you approximately 15 days after we have received the returned item.
